250mm Poly Ci Wheel 1000Kg Capacity Castor

The S1019-4DL by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a swivel frame castor and is fitted with a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This swivel castor is one of our 1000 series range and can hold loads up to 1000kg. The S1019-4DL uses ball bearings for wheel rotation. The swivel frame of this castor allows for full 360° swivel rotation. The overall polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel diameter is 250mm, the wheel width is 50mm and can be ordered separately (PU1056).

A 1000kg load rating provides an economical alternative to heavier load bearing castors. The ability to be towed at a 6kph by tugs and tractors enables Richmond's 1000 Series to be used on mobile platforms, aviation trolleys, automotive assembly lines and production manufacturing plants. The polyurethane cast iron wheel type with a rolling diameter of up to 300mm not only enhances maneuverability but decreases rolling resistance. Like most Richmond heavy duty castors, our 1000 series has a precision machined ball race and high tensile steel kingpin to withstand side impact loads.
