The S8044B by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and has a polyurethane wheel. This swivel castor is in our 300 series plate range and has a top load capacity of 300kg. The S8044B is assembled with ball bearings on the castors axle and is plate mount. The swivel frame allows the load to be steered. The outside diameter of the polyurethane wheel is 200mm, the wheel width is 50mm and can be ordered separately (PU8071). To order this castor without a brake, search for S8044.

A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series.
