200mm Polyurethane Tyre on Nylon Centre Wheel 300kg Capacity Castor (S8044)

The S8044 by Richmond is a swivel frame castor and is fitted with a polyurethane wheel. This swivel castor is one of our 300 series plate range and can safely take loads up to 300kg. The S8044 wheel is fitted with ball bearings and is mounted with the baseplate. The swivel frame of this castor allows the load to be steered. The outside diameter of the polyurethane wheel is 200mm, the wheel width is 50mm and you can order separately (Part Number: PU8071). For the same castor with a brake, see S8044B.

Meeting and exceeding all performance standards due to a higher load bearing capacity, the 300 Series has a wide range of uses. A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series.
