400mm Poly Ci Wheel 5000kg Capacity Castor (S1608D)

The S1608D by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a swivel frame castor and has a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This swivel castor is one of our 5000 series range and can safely take loads up to 5000kg. The S1608D uses taper roller bearings for wheel rotation. The swivel frame allows for full 360° swivel rotation. The outside diameter of the polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel is 400mm, the wheel width is 125mm and can be ordered separately (PU1606). This castor includes a directional lock – This feature locks the swivel direction of the castor but still allows the wheel to turn. When the directional lock is released, full swivel function is returned to the castor. Castors with a directional lock are indicated by a ‘D’ at the end of the castor code.
