150mm Poly Ci Wheel 900Kg Capacity Castor (R6339)

The R6339 manufactured by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a rigid frame castor and has a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This rigid castor is part of our 1000 series range and can safely take loads up to 900kg. The R6339 is assembled with ball bearings on the castors axle. This castors rigid frame only allows linear movement unless used with swivel castors. The polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel diameter is 150mm, the wheel width is 50mm and can be ordered separately (PU659).

Description

A 1000kg load rating provides an economical alternative to heavier load bearing castors. The ability to be towed at a 6kph by tugs and tractors enables Richmond’s 1000 Series to be used on mobile platforms, aviation trolleys, automotive assembly lines and production manufacturing plants. The polyurethane cast iron wheel type with a rolling diameter of up to 300mm not only enhances maneuverability but decreases rolling resistance. Like most Richmond heavy duty castors, our 1000 series has a precision machined ball race and high tensile steel kingpin to withstand side impact loads.
