100mm Polyurethane Tyre on Cast Iron Centre Wheel 200kg Capacity Castor (R4049)

The R4049 manufactured by Richmond Rolling Solutions is a rigid frame castor and uses a polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel. This rigid castor is part of our 300 series plate range and can hold loads up to 200kg. The R4049 wheel is fitted with ball bearings and is mounted with the baseplate. The rigid frame is ideal for linear movement however steering can be achieved by using with swivel castors. The outside diameter of the polyurethane tyred cast iron wheel is 100mm, the wheel width is 38mm and you can order separately (Part Number: PU449).

Meeting and exceeding all performance standards due to a higher load bearing capacity, the 300 Series has a wide range of uses. A nylon wheel in a 300 series is most common for industrial and trolley applications, a rebound rubber wheel is ideal for road cases and transportable crates whilst a poly nylon wheel is best suited to undercover and showroom displays. Cast Iron, Poly Cast Iron and Aluminium wheels are also available with this series.
