The PLR004 spring pallet leveller is a self-levelling pallet positioner designed to reduce strain and improve efficiency during manual pallet loading and unloading tasks. It uses calibrated springs to automatically raise or lower the load height in response to pallet weight, keeping the top layer at an ideal working height to minimise bending, reaching and stretching. The turntable top allows workers to rotate the pallet during loading without walking around it, helping reduce handling time and fatigue. With a 2000kg maximum capacity and a low profile of just 110mm, the unit is easy to access with a standard pallet truck or forklift. Its heavy-duty frame and adjustable springs are suitable for a wide range of palletised goods, making it a practical choice for fast-paced dispatch, warehousing and manufacturing environments. This spring-actuated model is suitable for consistent pallet loads and offers reliable performance without the need for power or air supply. Spring tension can be adjusted to suit varying load weights, helping maintain optimal working height throughout the job.
