The PLR003 Galvanised Spring Pallet Leveller is a self-levelling pallet positioner designed to maintain an optimal working height during pallet loading and unloading. It features a fully galvanised finish for corrosion resistance in damp, wet or washdown environments, making it suitable for food processing, pharmaceutical and outdoor applications. Using a system of heavy-duty springs, the platform automatically raises or lowers as pallet weight changes, keeping the top layer at an ergonomic height to reduce bending and reaching. The 2000kg load capacity suits a wide range of palletised goods, while the 110mm lowered height allows access via pallet jack or forklift. A rotating top turntable helps operators access all sides of the pallet without moving their position. Unlike powered lifters, this unit requires no electricity or compressed air. Spring tension can be adjusted to suit load requirements, and its heavy-duty construction ensures long service life in high-use environments.
