The S5032 Swivel castor with Nylon wheel is part of our 300 Series castor range, designed and engineered to meet European standards, with EN standard metric baseplates for compatibility with a wide range of equipment.
- Swivel Frame: allows for 360 degree steering and excellent manoeuvrability, enabling loads to be easily directed and controlled.
- 125mm diameter Nylon wheel: Hard-wearing solid nylon wheels are designed for durable, low-maintenance performance with very low rolling resistance. They offer excellent strength, wear resistance and moisture resistance, making them well suited to industrial, commercial and wet environments where easy rolling and long service life are important.
- Pressed metal construction: zinc-plated steel construction with twin ball bearing swivel race and 3mm thick frame for durability and strength.
- 200kg load capacity: suitable for transporting loads of up to 200kg per castor.
- Plate Mount: EN standard metric rectangular baseplate for compatibility with a wide range of equipment. Suits 8mm bolts for mounting.
- Suitable for a wide range of applications: Nylon wheels are ideal for trolleys, carts and mobile equipment used in warehouses, factories, workshops, food processing areas and wet environments. Best suited to hard, smooth surfaces where durability, low rolling resistance, moisture resistance and minimal maintenance are required.
300 Series Castor Range
The 300 Series Castor Range has been designed and engineered to meet common European standards for industrial pressed-steel castors. Featuring a robust pressed metal frame and a 3mm thick top plate, this range delivers reliable performance for a wide variety of material handling and equipment mobility applications. Available in wheel diameters of 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, and 200mm, the range is supplied with standard European metric top plates for easy integration with compatible equipment and mounting systems. Bolt-hole mount castors are also available in 100mm, 125 mm, 150mm, and 200mm sizes, featuring a single metric bolt-hole fitting. A full range of pintle fixing options is also available to suit different equipment and mounting requirements. For applications requiring improved corrosion resistance and hygiene compliance, the Stainless Excel Series offers the same pressed-metal European-style design in a stainless steel housing, making it ideal for wet, washdown, and hygiene-critical environments.Swivel Frame Castors
